Introduction to Lucky Ace Publishing

Welcome traveler! 

Lucky Ace Publishing started as a funny idea from a conversation about legitimacy in the author space. Indie authors already have a hard enough time getting people to take them seriously, and founder Cassandra Diviak started to wonder whether having an imprint behind her name might help boost her books' credibility. But she didn't take the decision lightly and brainstormed about how she might make a more reliable platform to help others reach their goals too. 

Thus, she has ambitions to make Lucky Ace a space that invites authors, readers, and other industry professionals where doors have otherwise been shut. Stories featured in the press and published by Lucky Ace will likely feature stories about asexuality, plus-sized characters, or mental health and disability representation--all of which are important to Lucky Ace's founder. She wants stories that walk within the margins of the marketplace and brings them into focus.
