The word to describe January Quinn? Persistent. In all her life pursuits, January doesn't let anyone stop her. Stubborn, sharp-tongued, and goal-focused, January doesn't leave much room for error. She takes her job at the prosecutor's office seriously, even to the detriment of other areas of her life. 

FUN FACTS
  • Her birthday is December 31, which is why her mother named her January as an homage.
  • She owns a Frenchie named Socks, who she adopted during college.
  • Her favorite drink in the world is white wine.

Ever the charmer, Dean Yearwood never met a person he couldn't win over. Dean uses a disarming sense of personability to get by in life. Although he seems unserious about parts of life, he holds his career and the idea of real love above all else.

  • In high school, Dean competed as a swimmer and reached state championship level
  • Originally, he wanted to work in commercial contract and civil litigation before criminal defense
  • His interests include law, travel, and fitness

Nina Byndel lived through the hardships of her younger years, determined to make a better life. Although introverted, she boasts a golden heart and treasures kindness as her core value. To her, a chosen family brings the most comfort in her life and she welcomes people in. 

FUN FACTS
  • When she was younger, Nina committed to her school's contemporary dance team and used to focus on ballet
  • Nina discovered her talent for writing when she was a junior in university since she joined her school's newspaper
  • She used to buy all her niece's Christmas gifts and labeled them "from Santa"

The jokester, kindhearted type, Cole Yearwood doesn't let his last name overshadow him. The quieter Yearwood brother, he is one of the smartest guys in the room. Yet, he doesn't have a problem holding people's attention with a sweet personality. 

FUN FACTS
  • Cole attained a double major (economics + history) and a minor in linguistics before law school
  • He used to be his school's debate team captain and into academic events
  • Whereas Dean has the stronger kinship with their dad, Cole and his mom are two peas in a pod.
